Wildlife camera technology has advanced in leaps and bounds and the new Trophy Cam HD MAX Camera Traps are packed with high spec features including the very latest Hyper Vision Infrared night vision system to perfectly illuminate wildlife when capturing either videos or still images at night, and a market leading 0.6 second response time to ensure that you capture all of the action whether recording footage of birds or badgers.The Bushnell Hyper Vision Infra red nightvision system utilises 32 No Glow Black IR LED's which provides complete stealth nightvision illumination without attracting unwanted attention from passers-by or disturbing wildlife. A quantum leap in distance and brightness, the new Hyper Night Vision system ensures the sharpest after dark imagery. Multi Flash Mode allows the user to configure the flash power for different situations to conserve battery power when only close up illumination is needed, for example when the camera is situated close to a raptor nest, or a badger sett. Obtaining the best set up with a wildlife camera is often tricky as PIR sensitivity depends a lot on temperature and size of object you wish to capture. Deer for example have a much larger heat signature than red squirrels, so most trailcameras have to be set up for varying conditions and different wildlife to effectively offer a good detection. With the new 119477 HD Max, Bushnell have incorporated an Auto PIR system mode which automatically self regulates the passive infrared PIR motion sensor for consistent detection in all conditions and applications, making setting up the HD Max a breeze. Capturing still images or video clips to an SD card, the HD Max allows you to either play back video clips, or look at stills on the in-built Color LCD screen, or download footage to your PC for playback or upload to You Tube etc. Widescreen 16:9 format is now supported in HD video mode which is designed for playback on HD TV's or for TV companies for HD broadcast quality wildlife footage. Unlike some competitors trail cameras, the HD Max has a lightening fast trigger delay, which is user configurable to 1 sec to 60min, allowing you instruct the camera how long it will "wait" (trigger interval) between activations, to have virtually no gap between shots (ideal for capturing lots of footage one after the other when something special comes along), or a large gap between shots (ideal for occasional triggering of an area to determine when wildlife are active) With each image capture, important data such as Temperature, Bard Pressure, Moon Phase and Time and Date are captured to give you invaluable information on the type of evening and the time of capture to build up a portfolio of when species are active in your area. Runs up to 1 year on a set of AA batteries, or you can power the Trophy Cam HD Max with our new TrailCam External Battery Pack if you intend to capture lots of night footage which does drain AA batteries rapidly! Time Lapse camera functions are common place in trail cameras, where the camera takes an image at a user set interval without the need for motion to trigger the camera. This allows you to take still images of a much larger capture area than would be taken using motion detection. The Trophy Cam HD Max takes time lapse to a new level with Field Scan 2X which gives you two windows of image capture to capitalize on dusk and dawn movement as well as still having a live trigger facility which allows the camera to detect any movement within the sensor zone to trigger the camera to record.
