SPYPOINT FORCE-PRO-S 2.0 Solar Wildlife Camera - Further Information
The SPYPOINT FORCE-PRO-S 2.0 combines high-resolution image capture with an efficient solar power system, reducing the need for regular battery replacement and site visits. Its integrated solar panel continuously charges the built-in lithium battery whenever sufficient daylight is available, helping keep the camera operating for months at a time.
Eight optional AA batteries can be installed as a backup power supply. These automatically take over if the internal lithium battery becomes depleted during extended periods of limited sunlight, providing additional reassurance for long-term installations.
The FORCE-PRO-S 2.0 captures photographs at resolutions of up to 48MP and records highly detailed 4K video with sound. Footage is recorded in colour during the day and monochrome infrared at night, allowing the camera to monitor activity around the clock.
A full-colour LCD viewing screen makes initial installation and configuration straightforward. Users can check the camera’s field of view, adjust its settings and review or manage captured photographs and videos directly on the unit without requiring a separate device.
With a rapid 0.2-second trigger speed and detection range of up to 33 metres, the camera responds quickly when movement enters the monitored area. Multi-shot mode can capture up to six photographs following each detection, providing a more complete sequence of activity.
The camera features 54 low-glow infrared LEDs and SPYPOINT Infrared Boost technology, producing an illumination range of up to 33 metres. The discreet infrared flash helps capture clear night-time photographs and videos while minimising visible disturbance.
Four capture modes are available: Photo, Video, Time-Lapse and Time-Lapse+. Time-Lapse records photographs at selected intervals, while Time-Lapse+ combines scheduled photography with motion-triggered capture. This makes it possible to monitor activity both within and beyond the camera’s normal detection area.
Please note that the FORCE-PRO-S 2.0 is a non-cellular wildlife camera. Photographs and videos are stored locally on the memory card rather than transmitted to a mobile app.
