Best Selling Products: Hand Held Thermal Imaging, Thermal Riflescopes, Night Vision & More

Our Best Selling Products in hand-held thermal imaging, thermal riflescopes, night vision and more. These are our best-sellers and most popular products at Scott Country International. Whether you are looking for a state-of-the-art hand-held thermal spotter or a long-range night vision riflescope, these are the best of the best. Not every product in this page is thermal, with some night vision and infrared illuminator products featured.

While ordinary vision depends on light, thermal imaging creates an image from the infrared energy emitted by heat-emitting objects. A warm-blooded animal, no matter how small, emits heat energy all the time which can be detected by the thermal sensors in a thermal camera.

Thermal imagers use a sophisticated algorithm to render this data into an image on the display. This technology is helpful for shooting live game or vermin, security & surveillance and wildlife observation, especially in conditions when night vision is insufficient.

The most popular thermal imagers in our range include thermal scopes and hand-held thermal imagers. Here’s a brief overview of our best thermal imagers.

Pulsar Thermion 2 XP50 Pro Thermal Scope

This Pulsar Scope uses a sub-25mK NETD 640x480 PRO sensor, which means it has extreme sensitivity, able to distinguish between heat differences of less than 25 milliKelvin (0.025oC). This is sensitive enough to describe individual hairs on a furred creature in high contrast, so the image produced is extremely clear. The body of the scope is a traditional 30mm scope tube design, with the aesthetics and feel of a traditional day scope. With a detection range of 1800m, users of the pulsar thermion can spot heat signatures across long distances. It has a high-calibre recoil resistance and up to 16x digital magnification.

For handheld thermal imaging of the same quality, the Pulsar Merger LRF XP50 Thermal Imaging Binoculars include the same sub-25mK NETD 640x480 thermal sensor, with an ergonomic binocular design providing the same 1800m detection range and an additional built-in laser rangefinder up to 1km. You don’t have to shoot to observe wildlife using thermal imaging. The Merger LFR binoculars are powered by two rechargeable batteries, with a single charge guaranteeing up to 10 hours of use.
