Laser Genetics ND3 x50 Laser Designator On Test
The ND-3 x50 Laser Designator is the latest precision optical lighting
instrument from Laser Genetics using advanced green laser technology.
Coming complete with scope mounts, the ND3 x 50 is mounted to your riflescope and adjusted to align with your optics, illuminating your target as you look through your riflescope.
It is equipped with a 50mm lens and the strongest laser that Laser Genetics have ever manufactured for this application.
The patented Rotary Optical Collimator allows full easy adjustment and control of the beam diame ter and intensity to focus light where you need it most.
Rotating the collimator provides a range of illumination, enough to light a trail or pursue a target in close quarters at night or illuminate a target out to a claimed 500yards!
Being realistic however in all but the most perfect scenario, you would expect the ND3 x50 to perform comfortably out to 200yards which is more than adequate for most vermin control in the UK.

Why Green Laser?
Research has proven that green light is the most visible to the human eye and requires the least amount of eye adjustment at night.
An eye that has adapted to daytime conditions generally has a maximum sensitivity around 555nm. Compared to the color red which optical spectrum is around 630 650nm our eye is closer to the Green region of the optical spectrum at 510 - 530nm.
